The green tea is picked by hand and prepared then set aside until the Jasmine blosoms are ready. The two are paired at just the right time to create this harmony of fruity flavors on a medium bodied green tea base.

Types of Brewing Methods

Teapot Method: Place loose leaf tea in a teapot or infuser. Heat water to the appropriate temperature for the type of tea you're brewing (e.g., black, green, white, herbal). Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and steep for the recommended time. Strain the tea into cups and enjoy.


Infuser/Mesh Ball Method: Place loose leaf tea in a mesh ball or infuser. Place the infuser in a cup or mug. Heat water to the appropriate temperature and pour it over the tea leaves. Steep for the recommended time, then remove the infuser. Enjoy your tea.


Grandpa Style: This method is popular in China and involves placing loose leaf tea directly into a cup or glass. Pour hot water over the tea leaves and let them steep as you drink. As the water level lowers, you can add more hot water to continue steeping.


Cold Brew: Place loose leaf tea in a pitcher or jar and add cold water. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, then strain the tea leaves. Serve the cold brew tea over ice for a refreshing drink.
